Printwell is operated by CoreWorx Global Solutions LLC, an Oklahoma limited liability company. This page explains what we collect to make your paper, what we do with it, and the controls you have.

What we collect

  • Your account: your name and email address, and the paper name and preferences you choose. If you sign in with Apple, Google or Microsoft, we ask for your name and email only, nothing else from that account.
  • Your birth year, once: only to check that you're old enough. We don't store it.
  • Connections you turn on: calendar events, reminders, or email subjects, only from the services you connect, only to write your paper.
  • Your subscription: plan and billing dates. Card details are handled by our payment processor, not stored by us.

What we don't do

  • We don't sell or share your personal information for advertising.
  • We don't use ad or tracking pixels, session replay, or keystroke capture.
  • We don't collect information from children under 13.
  • Fonts are served from our own site, so your browser doesn't contact Google to load them.

How your paper is written

Briefs are AI-written summaries of public news, and each one links to its source. Your calendar, to-dos and email details are used only to lay out your own edition.

Describing your paper

If you use “Describe your paper” or “Ask your editor,” we send what you typed to our AI provider so it can suggest topics, places, teams and other sources from our catalog. Before it is sent, we strip email addresses and phone numbers. It isn't used for ads, we don't keep the text after setup, and we don't write it to logs. Requests are rate-limited. If the AI service is unavailable, we fall back to basic keyword suggestions that don't leave our servers.

Your controls

  • Disconnect any service any time in Settings. We stop reading from it right away.
  • Export everything we hold, or delete your account, in Settings → Your data.
  • Opt out of sale or sharing on the Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information page. We also honor the Global Privacy Control signal from your browser automatically.
  • Unsubscribe from optional email in Settings → Email.
